AerOhio Skydiving Center is centrally located. We are the closest, full-time, full-service Drop Zone to Columbus, Akron, and Cleveland. We are located on our own private airport surrounded with acres of wide open landing area. Our facilities now offer: indoor packing, equipment demos, sales and service, rigging services, air conditioned video & student classrooms, souvenirs, free camping with hot showers. Many hotels and restaurants are located within 15 to 20 minutes from the DZ.
Choosing a place to learn to skydive is a very important decision. There are several drop zones in our region. We encourage you to visit places which sound attractive to you before making a decision. We are confident that you will be able to see the differences which make AerOhio Skydiving Center the drop zone for you.

Cessna 182
Cessna Caravan
On weekends we fly a Castle Aviation Cessna Caravan! It takes up to 16 jumpers up to 12,000 feet in just a few a minutes. Our smaller plane is a Cessna 182. It takes four jumpers up at a time and is the most widely used aircraft in the world for skydiving. Our aircraft at AerOhio are maintained by an independent facility to standards which exceed FAA requirements.
Pilot qualifications are a serious business. Our licensed commercial pilots all participate in a recurrent training program and exceed the FAA and USPA requirements for jump pilots.
